How is the performance of Windows Hello on the 510? Nobody said u were trolling, u were actually doing the opposite, u took my joke of a comment too seriously, loosen up buddy there are certain meetings where we are encouraged to turn it on, but if we still dont, nobody says another word. I dont need to be honest because nobody asked, because we respect everybodys privacy and decisions, if we dont turn on cameras, then we dont turn on cameras, nobodys here interrogating you "why are you not turning on your camera? give us a legitimate reason!" if you wanna turn it on, turn it on, if you dont, you dont, its that simple. Not sure if the first part of your comment was sarcastic (which tends to not work on the internet), but I lead a team of over 100, and people who don't feel authentic and honest don't get ahead based on my experience. Not trolling dude, you can do with the discussion what you will, just thought your comment was curious. Not sure if the first part of your comment was sarcastic (which tends to not work on the internet), but I lead a very large global team, and people who don't feel authentic and honest don't get ahead based on my experience. the handful of people that make up excuses (like a broken camera) to avoid the conversation. I'd respect someone who gave me a more defined reason, vs. You don't have to feel the same, but I'd encourage you to be honest with your co-workers about why you don't want to be on camera. and just for the record, it doesnt form basic human connection at all, at least not for me, i need in person meetings to feel that, otherwise ur just pixels on my screen. In reality i just dont turn it on, and they cant make me, are you not aware that there are other people in this world that are anti social, or introverted, or just not like you? or do you assume everybody must also feel the same way you do about everything? just because you feel turning on the camera would form a basic human connection, doesnt mean we all feel the same way. Hate to burst your bubble, that was just a joke, and by the looks of it, at least 9 other people got it.
